Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here is our return policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from the date purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Cost

Although we offer free shipping on purchases above a certain amount, there may still be a shipping cost involved for orders that do not meet this threshold. For refunded orders, a flat fee of $10 or 10% of the total order cost (whichever is higher) will be applied as a shipping and handling/restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we would gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization number (RA#). Once you receive your RA#, please include it in your return shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
