GENUINE WATER BUFFALO, TOP-GRAIN — Real top-grain water buffalo hide, vegetable tanned and finished in the Crazy Horse style. The waxed surface darkens and develops a rich patina the more it is handled.
RAW BLANK, YOU DO THE BUILD — No holes, no bevelled edges, no tip, no buckle. Cut it to length, punch it, burnish it and finish it your own way. For belts, dog collars, bag straps, tie-down straps, guitar straps and laces.
1.5 INCHES WIDE, 8 TO 10 OUNCE WEIGHT — Full 1.5 inch (38 mm) width and a substantial 8 to 10 ounce thickness (3.2 to 4.0 mm). Heavy enough to carry a buckle and take a stamp.
MIXED LENGTHS, 50 TO 65 INCHES — Straps are cut to random lengths between 50 and 65 inches and packed as a mixed pack. Every strap is long enough for a standard belt with material to spare. Made in Pakistan.

Ten brown water buffalo leather belt strap blanks, supplied raw and ready for your own build. Each strap is cut from genuine top-grain water buffalo hide, vegetable tanned and given a Crazy Horse hand-waxed finish. The waxed surface darkens and develops a patina the more it is handled.

Every strap measures a full 1.5 inches (38 mm) wide and a heavy 8 to 10 ounce (3.2 to 4.0 mm) thickness, with enough body to carry a buckle and take a stamp. The straps arrive as plain blanks — no holes, no bevelled edges, no tip cut, no hardware. You size them, punch them, bevel and burnish the edges, and finish them however the project needs.

Belt makers use them for casual and dress belts. Leathercrafters use them for dog collars and leads, bag and case straps, tie-down and latigo straps, saddlery, and laces. Lengths are mixed — straps are cut to random lengths between 50 and 65 inches and packed without sorting, so a pack contains a spread of sizes.
